JAKARTA - Residents of Lenteng Agung Village, South Jakarta, suddenly heard that a man was arrested on suspicion of sexually abusing dozens of minors. The perpetrator is known to have the initial F, he was arrested by residents and then paraded around the village. Jagakarsa Police Chief Commissioner Endang Sukmajaya explained that his party received reports from residents regarding a man sexually harassing dozens of underage boys. The report was received around 22:00 p.m., Monday, November 15.

"We received information from the public that there were perpetrators of sexual harassment, then members checked the location and were immediately secured from the mob," said Endang when confirmed by reporters, Tuesday, November 16.

Endang again explained that currently the perpetrators have been taken to the South Jakarta Police, handled by the Women and Children Protection Unit (PPA).

“The victims are mostly minors and boys. The perpetrators have now been transferred to the South Jakarta Police, handled by the Women and Children Protection Unit (PPA)," said the police chief.

According to the information obtained, the perpetrator's mode of luring the victim with game vouchers. Victims will be given vouchers if they want to show their genitals to the perpetrators.

"They (victims) are lured by online game top-up vouchers at low prices. But with the reason, first, see if they (victims) have been circumcised or not?" explained Aris to reporters.

The perpetrator, who is suspected to be a teacher, takes advantage of this method to satisfy his desire. The perpetrator is currently undergoing examination at the South Jakarta Police.
