MALANG - Residents in Malang, East Java, were shocked by the discovery of discarded babies. The baby girl was found dead, floating in the Kutuk river, Sukun Village.

"At first I also saw his head wrapped in crackle," he explained.
Suheri estimated that the baby had just been born and when it was found its skin was still fresh.
"If you look at the skin, it's still fresh, not rotting," he said.
Currently, the baby's body has been evacuated to the RSSA Malang morgue for examination.
