Governor Koster Introduces 'Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Bali', Asks Dozens Of Ambassadors For Promotion Of The Island Of The Gods

DENPASAR - The Bali Provincial Government (Pemprov) held a meeting with dozens of ambassadors (ambassadors) of friendly countries who will serve in Indonesia. Bali Governor Wayan Koster asked the ambassadors to promote tourism in the Island of the Gods.

Expert Staff for Inter-Agency Relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Kemlu) Muhsin Syihab said his party had an assignment program for new ambassadors in friendly countries.

This cross-country program aims to explore the potentials possessed by certain regions to then be used as promotional materials abroad.

"This time, Bali has been chosen as a cross-country focus in relation to Bali's post-pandemic recovery, from the very good COVID-19 prevention policies, the declining positivity rate, the very widespread vaccination rate. Bali is growing again and finally becoming the entry point for Indonesia's general economic recovery," said Syihab, Thursday, November 11.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs appreciates the Governor of Bali Wayan Koster because he has received a lot of input and also supplies both in terms of handling the pandemic, as well as economic policies as well as natural resources.

During the meeting, Koster conveyed the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic in Bali and the efforts that had been made in vaccination. It was emphasized that Bali has been conducive, safe, comfortable to visit since the international gate for foreign tourists (tourists) opened on October 14.

"So we appeal to His Excellency the ambassador, when he is on duty to be part of promoting Bali, promoting efforts to recover Bali's tourism, and recovery of Bali's economy. I think all of this is also in the interest of the government led by President Joko Widodo, where we I hope that Bali's tourism recovery, Bali's economic recovery will become a stream for Indonesia's economic recovery. The Bali Provincial Government also explained to the ambassadors related to the development of Bali with the vision of "Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Bali," or towards a New Era of Bali.

"We have carried out various policies to organize nature, humans, and Balinese culture in a fundamental and comprehensive manner, development in harmony with nature, by keeping the ecosystem clean.
