Lady Gaga Repacked Album Born This Way, Collaboration With LGBT Musicians

JAKARTA - Welcoming the 10th anniversary of the release of Born This Way, Lady Gaga has repackaged the album with a special edition format.

This Born This Way album contains six old tracks with a new twist, which are collaborations with a number of LGBT musicians.

The first song to be released was Judas which featured rapper Big Freedia co-filling in the remix version. Big Freedia said they were very honored with this project.

“For me, 'Judas' is a love song about when someone treats you unworthy. I experienced an incident like that. Who can't feel? " he said, launching NME today, May 28.

Other collaborators will fill out remixed versions of the tracks Highway Unicorn, You & I, Marry the Night, Born This Way, and The Edge of Glory. The collaborators for these six tracks will be announced at a later date.

Previously, the Mayor of West Hollywood, Lindsey P. Horvart declared May 23 as Born This Way Day. The inauguration was also marked by a painting on the street on Robertson Boulevard as a tribute to the album and LGBT people.

Lady Gaga's 10 Years Anniversary Special Born This Way album can be ordered physically and digitally. The album will be released on June 18th.
