Tied By Rendang, HYDE Chooses Indonesia As The Goal Of Asian Tour

JAKARTA - Rockstar is charismatic from Japan, HYDE only includes Jakarta as a city in Southeast Asia that is on its tour agenda. The reason behind that is also simple, because they want to eat rendang.

The HYDE [INSIDE] Live World Tour concert in Jakarta was held today, November 1, 2025 at Tennis Indoor Senayan, Jakarta. Before the concert, he also took the time to enjoy various Indonesian menus, including rendang.

"I heard that the number 1 delicious food in the world is in Indonesia. So, I came to eat it, rendang," said HYDE in a press conference, October 31.

Frontman L'Arc-En-Ciel admitted that he had eaten a lot of rendang. After trying various types of food, rendang became the best according to him.

"I ate a lot of rendang yesterday, it's really delicious. My stomach hurts a bit, but I'm ready for the concert tomorrow," he said.

The HYDE [INSIDE] Live World Tour concert will present the material from the album released in 2024. He promised many surprises and special stage actions that were presented.

"I'm mentally and vocally ready for the event later. For me, this show is a super entertainment, so there will be surprises and the setlist that will be performed is the best in my opinion," he promised.

The show in Jakaeta is driven by SoundRhythm and Mataloka, with very mature preparation. Promoters hope fans can enjoy the show with maximum energy.

"We have prepared everything carefully, it's 100, even 180 percent. I'm just asking for a cry from friends at the concert later, so hopefully everyone can enjoy the show tomorrow," said Lany Andini from Mataloka Live.
