JAKARTA - After the album Snakes & Ladders launched, Littlefingers is ready to feature it on their first Asian tour titled Littlefingers Labrnth Asia Tour 2025. Starting mid-October, this trio of electronic jazz will visit three Asian countries.

In addition to being an important marker of their five-year journey, this tour is also a momentum to introduce the new face of Indonesian electronic jazz on the international stage.

The tour series will start October 14 at Blueprint Livehouse, Bangkok, followed by two nights at Bardo Livehouse, Ho Chi Minh City on October 15 and 16. From there, they headed for Taiwan, appearing at the Vagabond Festival, Tainan on October 18, before closing the tour at Revolver Bar, Taipei on October 20.

Speaking of the latest album, Snakes & Ladders were born as a reflection of the ups and downs of their journey over the past five years, a narrative contrasting with optimism on the debut album Euphoria. Through nine tracks full of exploration, including a collaboration with Rishanda Singgih (Labnth) and Melbourne vocalist Emma Volard (Essence), the album shows a fresh side of the musical identity they have built since 2020.

Their track record has further strengthened this reputation. In Indonesia, Littlefingers has performed at well-known festivals such as the Java Jazz Festival, Partypora and Synchronize Festival. While abroad, their names were present at the Monsoon Festival (Vietnam), Gyeonggi Indie Music Festival (South Korea), to the Music Lane Festival (Japan). This experience places them not just musicians who grow up in the local arena, but legitimate representatives from Indonesian electronic jazz in the global realm.

The trio consisting of Chika Olivia (keyboard), Tjdika (bass), and David Halim (drums) first introduced themselves through the single Can Good Things Last Forever? in 2020. Since then, they have managed to collect more than 1.4 million streams on digital platforms and pocketed four nominations for the Indonesian Music Awards (AMI Awards) in two consecutive editions (2023 & 2024). Now, through the 2025 Laborth Asia Tour, they bring that spirit further: voicing that electronic jazz music from Indonesia has a place on the world stage.
