JAKARTA - One of the important figures in Donald Trump's US Presidential circle, Corey Lewandowski, has declared a stern warning, in which US Immigration and Customs (ICE) agents will patrol during the 2026 Super Bowl Halftime Show which will feature Bad Bunny.
The warning follows the announcement that the rapper from Puerto Rico, whose real name is Benito Antonio Mart Marijuz Ocasio, will be the main performer at the biggest annual sporting event.
In his statement, Lewandowski confirmed that there is no safe place for individuals who are illegally in the US, including at Super Bowl-class events.
"There is no safe haven for people who are in this country illegally," Lewandowski said while appearing on The Benny Show, quoted by Billboard, Friday, October 3.
"Not in the Super Bowl and not elsewhere. We will find you, arrest you, put you in a detention facility, and deport you," he continued.
He emphasized that the immigration enforcement situation would be much different under the government they support, contrary to the previous conditions.
