JAKARTA - Maia Estianty announced that the Maia Duo canceled their appearance at the Synchronize Festival 2025 which will be held at Gambir Expo Kemayoran, Central Jakarta on October 3-5.
As is known, Duo Maia is a group formed by Maia, who is now with Meichan.
Previously, the Maia duo was scheduled to appear in the Centil Era special show with Astrid, Aura Kasih, Citra Scholastika, Shanti, She, Sinta and Jojo, T2, and also Naykilla on the third day of Synchronize Fest 2025.
Through a video uploaded together with the official Instagram account Synchronize, Maia said that Duo Maia's appearance was canceled because of his busy schedule.
"Because I suddenly had an interest that could not be abandoned, I personally apologized profusely, Duo Maia did not appear at the Centil Era Synchronize Festival 2025," said Maia, quoted on Sunday, September 28.
At the same time, Maia stated, Pinkan Mambo, who was once her duet partner at the Queen, would be presented as a substitute.
"But residents (as the audience is called) don't worry, because the absence of Duo Maia will be replaced by the Queen era singer, namely Pinkan Mambo, in the Centil Era Synchronize Festival program," said Maia.
"So you still have to come to the Synchronize Festival, because the event will still be fun," he added.
