Wijaya 80 enters the next phase with the single Already Tau (Ist)

JAKARTA - Wijaya 80 continued their musical passion after debuting with the EP 'Meeting'. Ardhito Pramono, Hezky Joe and Erikson Jayanto did not waste time presenting the next song entitled 'I already know'.

This song presents the lighter and energetic music colors of Wijaya 80 as well as the composition with the most pleasant nuances in their catalog so far.

Lyrics Already Tau tells of someone who falls in love with a figure who is known to often give false hopes. Even though he has realized that these feelings may not be pleasing, he still chooses to pursue, stuck in a dilemma between hope and reality.

Wijaya 80 wants to convey a message that is firm and relevant to those who still hope in the uncertain. "If he doesn't care, don't waste time. Try to find out!"

The process of writing the song itself is structured, but also exploratory. At the beginning of the creation, this song actually did not have a complete part of the verse. Erikson was then asked to play the piano melody on the beat that had been prepared. From there, Ardhito and Hezky spontaneously added the lyrics and vocal melodies in an impromptu way, born from the jamming process involving all three personnel.

For the mixing and Mastering process, they are assisted by Aldi Nada Permana. Meanwhile, the visual artwork section was worked on by Said Alattas and photography by Dudhy Dwi Listario.

Already Tau is an exploratory step that remains true to Wijaya 80's musical identity, which is to revive the 1980s musical aesthetics with a modern approach.
