JYP Entertainment Apologizes For The DAY6 Jakarta Concert Colored By A Wave Of Protests On Social Media

JAKARTA - The DAY6 3RD WORLD TOUR < FUREVER YOUNG> concert in Jakarta did not go smoothly. Various obstacles occurred before the end of the concert at the Intermediate GBK Stadium, Jakarta.

Due to the unstable operation in the process of resolving this with local promoters, the on-site response and safety measures were inadequate in the event of weather worsening, and voice checks and the start of the show were actually delayed from the scheduled time," JYP wrote via DAY6's official X account on May 4.

The agency apologized for the disappointment felt by fans. However, they also emphasized that the members had tried to give their best performance.

"We sincerely apologize to the fans who have been waiting for concerts for a long time amid bad weather for any inconvenience caused, and to the artists who have done their best for their fans and even in difficult circumstances," he added.

Furthermore, the agency promised to improve coordination with local organizers so that similar mistakes do not occur that hurt My Day's heart and DAY6 members themselves.
