JAKARTA - Music legend Elton John has recounted his current vision condition. Since last summer's eye infections, the 78-year-old musician has revealed what he can and cannot do at this time.
In a recent interview with The Times of London, published Friday, April 4 local time, the musician who received the honorary title from the United Kingdom admitted that some things could not be done.
"I can see you (the interviewer), but I can't watch TV, I can't read," said Elton John.
"I can't see my kids playing rugby and football. And it was a very tense time because I used to enjoy everything," he continued.
The Your Song' singer called the inability to see what his children were doing as a sad condition.

"I still have an amazing family, and I can still see something from (my left eye). So you say to yourself, 'Just go ahead'," added John.
Although vision problems are very disturbing, John still proves that his desire for music has not yet disappeared. Recently, he released an album in collaboration with his longtime colleague, Brandi Carlile.
The album, titled 'Who Believes in Angels?' was officially introduced to the public last weekend. He is also still traveling to various places to promote his album.
