The Sounds Project Announces Line Up Phase Pertama, Ada Wijaya 80 To Banda Neira

JAKARTA - The eighth edition of The Sound's Project (TSP), through an Instagram upload, has officially announced dozens of performers who are included in the first phase of the lineup.

From Music To Infinity was chosen as the theme this year, which will be held for three days at the Ancol Ecopark, North Jakarta on August 8, 9, and 10.

"THIS YEAR WE PASSED THE MUSIC LIMITS UNTIL IT WAS NOT LIMITED," the organizer wrote, citing an upload caption, Wednesday, February 12.

"Don't hold back, find the magic of experience once a year, through an unforgettable festival at TSP 8 - which consists of hundreds of musicians (will soon be announced) for three extraordinary days," he continued.

Of the dozens of names included in the first phase line-up, it is interesting to see the performances of Wijaya 80 and Banda Neira.

Wijaya 80 consisting of Ardhito Pramono, Erikson Jayanto, and Hezky Jo will appear for the first time on TSP. This group carries the nuances of the 1980s music whose songs went viral on social media.

Meanwhile, Banda Neira will appear for the first time on TSP with Ananda Badudu and Sasha Saron's latest formation. The duo has released a full album titled Grow and Become'. They are also on album tours on the islands of Java and Bali.

In addition to the two names above, the names that are subscribed to major Indonesian music festivals are also included in the first phase line-up, such as the Greenhouse Effect, Juicy Luicy, Magic Competition, Reality Club, The Adams, The Jansen, and The Panturas.

Furthermore, there are still 510, Billa Indrajaya, Dongker, Eastcape, Eleventwelfth, Enola, Feel Koplo x Pasming Based, Grrrl Gang, HIVI!, Idgitaf, Leipzig, Monkey To Million, Morfem, Nadin Amizah, Bronze, Hospital, Scandal, Smellow, Tarrarin, Ten2Five, The Cottons, The Jeboogs, The Lantis, Threesixty, Tiara Andini, Tuan Tigabela, and Vierratale.
