Super Diva Concert Wants To Show Stunning Visuals With A 360 Degree Stage

Stunning visuals want Jay Subyakto to be presented as Art Director for the Super Diva concert which will be held at the Indonesia Arena GBK, Central Jakarta on Friday, January 17.

Even though he has often worked on the big stage, Jay sees the concert featuring Kris Dayanti, Ruth Sahanaya, Titi DJ, Lyodra, Tiara Andini, and Ziva Magnolya as special shows that also require special treatment.

"For me, for all of us, this is a very big show, very special, really needs a lot of thinking," said Jay Subyakto, during a press conference in Sudirman, Central Jakarta, Friday, January 10.

For the upcoming show, the 360-degree special stage has been designed by Jay to display the six soloists so that they can be seen from all sides of the arena.

"My idea appeared when I saw the venue, how to make as many viewers as possible see these six great women," Jay said.

"So, they will be in the middle. Because this is on the basketball court, so the audience can usually reach 17 thousand, but because there is a festival, it can be more," he continued.

With the concept of the stage, Jay feels that the performers can make the concert atmosphere more intimate with thousands of spectators present.

The concept of this stage is certainly not easy for the six singers, because they have to practice extra, not just sing, but also train the placement of their positions when appearing on stage.

"With a 360 (degree) stage, so they also have to practice their own blocking training. The stage is also on a two-story basis, level is made, and they have a lot of blocking while walking," said Jay.
