Soundgarden Reunion For The Sake Of The Charity Concert Stage, Carrying A Unique New Name

JAKARTA - Seattle-based rock band Soundgarden is planning a special performance. The remaining members of the band will reunite at a charity concert in their hometown on December 14.

After the death of Chris Cornell, Soundgarden now leaves three personnel, namely Kim Thayil, Matt Cameron and Ben Shepherd. They will collaborate with Total Shepherd who will take over the vocal position.

Interestingly, Soundgarden will carry a quite unique different name. Quoted from Blabbermouth, December 5, they introduced themselves as Nudedragons, which is an anagram of the band's name.

This charity concert was held in commemoration of the 13th anniversary of the founding of SlooCH (Seatutle Musicians for Children's Hospital). This program was initiated by Pete andmanfaat Nordstrom to fund children in Seattle undergoing heart surgery.

Apart from Nudedragons, several other musicians have also been confirmed to appear. They include Sebadoh, Built to Spill, to Duff McKagan from Guns N 'Roses.

Soundgarden sendiri terakhir kali merilis video musik adalah pada tahun 2013 berjudul Halfway There. Beberapa kali mereka menjadi penampil di berbagai festival, terakhir pada Mei 2017 sebelum ia ditemukan meninggal dunia.
