NOFX Officially Retired After Completing Last Show

JAKARTA - NOFX has completed its final three-night show in San Pedro, California, United States on October 4, 5, and 6 last weekend.

With the end of the series of shows, the 42-year journey of the punk band from Los Angeles ended. NOFX decided to retire.

Through the official Instagram account, NOFX also uploaded several moments from their last show.

"The words can't describe what this Tour Final means to all of us," wrote NOFX, citing an upload caption, Wednesday, October 9.

"Last night was the most epic celebration and we can't thank the rest of our crew, the BrewHaHa family, our friends who came to play, and of course all the fans who partyd all the weekend".

The uploaded photos show the four NOFX personnel, namely Fat Mike Burkett (bass, vocals), Eric Melvin (guitar, vocals), Aaron El Hefe Abeyta (guitar, vocals), and Erik Smolly Sandin (drums), smiling satisfiedly. It looks like they are enjoying the show.

NOFX did not appear alone. Many well-known musicians attended the show.

In the first two nights, Dropkick Murphys, Descendants, Bouncing Souls, Lagwagon, MXPX, Less Than Jake, Buzzcocks, and other active musicians in the 1980s and 1990s attended.

On the last night, Pennywise, Vandals, Subhumans, Fishbone, Frank Turner, and NOFX's farewell performances with several other punk legends were present.
