In A Wheelchair, Titiek Puspa Comes To The Synchronize Fest Stage 2024

JAKARTA - Titiek Puspa participated in the special performance of the Song Anak Masa to Masadi Synchronize Fest 2024 for the second day which took place at Gambir Expo Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, Saturday, October 5.

The Indonesian music legend rose to the stage in a wheelchair. At the age of 87, it was clear that his support for children's songs had not yet been extinguished. "I want to cry, I don't know how many people are here," said Titiek Puspa.

He also talked about his current condition, which required him to use a wheelchair on stage. "At first I was alone. I was sneered, so I couldn't walk," he said.

Titiek Puspa also apologized for his condition, even though the audience did not seem to mind it. Instead, they appreciated the legend who was still present. "I'm sorry," said Titiek. "But I love you. I love you," he said again.

Then, Titiek Puspa together with Saskia and Geofanny performed a song entitled 'Saving'.

The song Masa Ke Masa is intended to show the journey of children's songs in the Indonesian music industry. Those who started their career as child singers also appeared in front of thousands of viewers.

Joshua Suherman, Enno Lerian, Trio Kwek Kwek, Tina Toon, Ria Enes, Melissa, Chica Koeswoyo, to Tasya Kamila, sang the songs they performed as children.
