Ungu Appears In Front Of 27 Thousand Malaysian Fans In A Week

JAKARTA - Ungu proved themselves that they are not only a band known in Indonesia, but also loved to neighboring Malaysia.

Some time ago, the band, which consists of Pasha (vocals), Enda (guitar), Oncy (guitar), Makki (bass), and Rowman (drums), recorded new achievements by holding two concerts in a week in the neighboring country.

The first concert took place at Maeps, Serdang on July 14. Purple share the stage with the legendary Malaysian rock band, Exist.

Ungu opened a number of hits in front of 20,000 spectators. Sorakan and applause echoed when Pasha cs surprised the audience by performing the song "Suci Dalam Debu", the iconic song of the famous Climate band in the 90s.

Five days later, the band, known for its song For the Time, held a concert entitled "Intimate Concert UNGU" at the Larkin Arena, Johor Bahru. This concert was attended by 7,000 viewers who missed a closer and more personal music experience.

In Johor Bahru, Ungu spoils the audience by performing a number of hit songs which are mandatory songs to be performed in Malaysia, a muli from "For the sake of Time", "Believe Me", and I Know.

Ungu also performed three famous Malaysian songs, namely "Suci Dalam Debu", "Inviting Gerimis", and "Looking for Reasons," where Ajai, a keyboardist from Exists also appeared. This collaboration creates an atmosphere of nostalgia and intimacy felt by the audience.

These two concerts in Malaysia are the first time, after a long time Ungu has not held a show abroad in a week.
