Skid Row Pays Respect To Aerosmith Who Retired From Concert Tour

JAKARTA - Aerosmith's announcement of retiring from the concert tour due to the band problem faced by Steven Tyler, received a response from many parties.

Skid Row, who is Aerosmith's junior in rock music, expressed his respect. The band, known as the hit I Remember You, called Steven Tyler cs an inspiring figure.

The two of them have shared the stage. Skid Row once accompanied Aerosmith on the Pump tour in 1989-1990.

"Their energy, talents, and passion for music have always been an inspiration for us and many others," Skid Row wrote in a description of Instagram's upload, Sunday, August 4.

"When they retire from the tour stage, we want to celebrate their incredible careers and the irreducible traces they have left for us and the history of rock 'n' roll."

Having a tour with Aerosmith is called the greatest time on Skid Row's journey.

"Every night, no matter how good the show is, they will come out and show us, and the whole world, why they are one of the most legendary and iconic bands in rock n' roll history."

Not only was the band great, they said Aerosmith's personnel had a good personality, wanted to teach their juniors, and were humble, even though they had achieved great success.

Several Skid Row personnel who had direct contact with Aerosmith also gave their testimony.

Thank you very much to Aerosmith for giving a group of punks from NJ the opportunity and honor to share the stage with true legends! And for giving the world some of the greatest music ever created!! There will never be another Aerosmith! " wrote Dave Saba, guitarist for Skid Row.

The couple of months we spent on a tour with Aerosmith was a unique once in a lifetime experience. Can sit and talk while playing guitar with Brad and Joe. Greet Steven in the back-stage alley as he chews innocent grilled potatoes to add carbohydrates before the show. Feel the rhythm of Tom and Joey who are recognized every night. Not to forget anything. Thank you, Aerosmith," said Scott Hill, another Skid Row guitarist.

"For me personally, it was the first time we had a tour with a band that affected my game and songwriting. Every time I met one of those people in the aisle or they went into the dressing room, I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming," said Rachel Bolan, bassist of Skid Row.
