Island Vibes Reggae Party Present In 10 Places, From Tangerang To Gili Trawangan

JAKARTA - As a celebration of the release of the album Island Vibes, Riverbrick and TMC held a tour titled Island Vibes Reggae Party which will be present in 10 cities.

This tour concert will start in South Tangerang on July 3, followed by Jakarta on July 5. Furthermore, the Island Vibes Reggae Party will visit four other provinces on the island of Java, then cross to the island of Bali, and end up in Gili Trawangan on August 10.

This tour will involve many performers, such as Coconutttreez (CTTZ), Richard D Gilis, S2B Family, Alvons Freedom, Lawa Amq, Kamga, Badminton Good Vibration and Radit Echoman. They are also the names that fill the album Island Vibes.

"The concert is the same as the album, the collaboration concert that fills the Island Vibes," said Aulia Mahariza from TMC during a press conference at Taman Ismail Marzuki, Central Jakarta, Friday, June 28.

"Tur Island Vibes Reggae Party makes it easier for us to introduce the album and tell who is on this album and what their work is, so people know who the S2B Family, Richard D Gilis, Alvons Freedom and Lawa Amq are."

In addition to the names above, the Island Vibes Reggae Party tour will also feature different accompanying musicians at each point. The names that are also present vary, ranging from widely known bands and musicians to local musicians in each region. Those who have been confirmed will be involved include Tony Q Rastafara, Type-X, Shaggydog, Rub of Rub, Dhyo Haw, and The Nameks.

"Hopefully this tour strengthens the relationship between friends of the reggae band. We invite friends from each point of view. The point is to strengthen the togetherness of Indonesia's reggae," said Pallo, a Coconuttreez personnel.

The Island Vibes Reggae Party will be a special treat because it is supported by multimedia production directed by Taba Sanchabakhtiar and the hologram system by G Studios which will show Steven back on stage with Coconuttreez. Steven, this hologram version, will also have a duet with the famous digital human artist, Arbie Seo.

There are three songs in our performance that will feature the hologram of the late Steven. He will sing with us on stage live. So, those who watch Coconuttreez will definitely get goosebumps," said EQ Puradiredja as the producer for the album "Island Vibes".
