Isyana Sarasvati Reveals Reasons For Choosing Music As A Way Of Life

JAKARTA - Isyana Sarasvati will celebrate her career in the music industry over the past ten years by holding a single concert titled ISYANA SARASVATI - Lost in Harmony, A Decade Live Concert.

Reflecting on his musical journey so far, the 31-year-old singer and songwriter admitted that he never regretted choosing music as his way of life. He felt he could express himself freely through the songs he wrote.

"Why did I choose music (as a way of life), because writing songs and creating songs is the most honest medium to express myself as I am," said Isyana Sarasvati during a press conference in Kemang, South Jakarta, Wednesday, June 12.

How to express yourself, said Isyana, can be seen from the songs it has produced so far. If the current music color is different from the debut period, it is seen as a change of Isyana who also grows as a human.

"That's why my evolution from the beginning until now has also been seen, because I'm also evolving," he said.

In the concert later, Isyana will present all the colors of the music, which includes the best songs from the album Explore! (2015), Paradox (2017), LEXICON (2019), and ISYANA (2023).

The various kinds of harmony, both minor and major, in my life are poured into the works that I have produced. So, when watching this concert, everything will be adventurous in the world of Isyana which has been experienced for the past ten years," said Isyana.

For information, Isyana Sarasvati will appear with the accompaniment of the orchestra at the ISYANA SARASVATI - Lost in Harmony, A Decade Live Concert concert which will be held at Istora Senayan, Central Jakarta on November 16.
