Select Independent Path, Paramore Appointed As Ambassador Record Store Day 2024

JAKARTA - After ending the collaboration with Atlantic Records, Paramore announced that they would continue their musical activities through independent channels.

The announcement was made through uploads on Paramore's official Instagram account, along with their appointment as ambassadors for the 2024 Record Store Day (RSD).

"After a long career in the music industry, we decided to announce this. We will continue to have a long career in the music industry (sorry for this inconvenience)," reads the opening letter uploaded by Paramore, seen Tuesday, February 13.

"The first part of our business as an independent new Paramore is opening an independent record store, an important part of our journey from schoolmates who are obsessed with music to become professional music creators," he continued.

Through a cassette shop, Paramore offers a romantic experience, a feeling of longing for the hard past today.
