JAKARTA - A middle-aged man went viral and was discussed by netizens because of his ability to play drums.

In the video uploaded to the TikTok account @kalfinthalib, a man is seen playing drums to accompany the song Curious popularized by Rhoma Irama. From what is seen in the video, it appears that he is playing at an event that is not too big.

Meanwhile, the video was re-uploaded by the Indomusikgram Instagram account. The man was highlighted because he was able to maintain the tempo of the song stably.

"Without an ear monitor but can maintain the tempo. The father's flight hours are high," wrote Indomusikgram in the caption of the upload, Monday, February 12.

The man's game deserves thumbs up. Without tools and complicated game patterns with fills and syncs, he is able to keep the tempo of the song stable.

Several Indonesian musicians also commented and praised the man. One of them is Rio Alief who gave a fire emoji in his comments.

However, the upload also made netizens voice their opinion regarding the number of young drummers who used to use ear monitors to help their game.
