JAKARTA - A grandmother with her singing abilities managed to entertain and amaze netizens. He sang a song called Dawai which is the soundtrack for the film Air in Ujung Sajadah.

If Fadhilah Intan as the original singer of the song Dawai sang with a gentle melody, the grandmother actually sang it with the vocal style of slow rock Malaysia in the 90s.

With a thick guitar distortion accompaniment, the grandmother also sang with a typical Malay singer's vibe on several parts of the song. He also sang with an improvised melody, in contrast to Fadhilah Intan's style.

The video uploaded to the TikTok account @fesollyusof was even watched more than 1.7 million times. And the video was re-uploaded by several other social media accounts.

Meanwhile, Fadhilah Intan, who is from Surabaya, East Java, was previously known as a cover singer who is also a Koran teacher.

The song, entitled Dawai, was also covered by many well-known Indonesian singers, such as Lyodra, Lesti Kejora, and Cakra Khan.
