Jelusick Reveals Unique Stories Behind Died's Clip Video Production

JAKARTA - Croatian band, Jelusick started in 2024 by releasing a video clip for their single entitled Died. The song is one of the material from the album Follow The Blind Man which was released in September 2023.

Meanwhile, Died's video clip was taken when Dino Jelusick (vocals, keyboards), Ivan Keller (guitar), Luka Brodaric (bass), and Mario Lepoglavec (drums) appeared at the Rocknight Festival in Tennwil, Switzerland in December 2023. Dino called the video a gift.

"We made the video as a gift. Look at the video clip, video and photography, they took it when we appeared in Tennwil, Switzerland," said Dino Jelusick during a virtual press conference on Monday, January 15.

"So they did it and sent it to us. They said 'Hey, I want to give a gift. This is a video for Died'," he continued.

Dino admitted that he did not know that Jelusck's appearance was recorded at that time. He found out after receiving the video results from two people named Miri and Frank.

"We don't know at all if we recorded it. So, they recorded us in two shootings, and they made animations, and they gave me the video. So, there are no difficulties in making it. Because we don't know at all," he said.

Meanwhile, regarding the production process for the album Follow The Blind Man, Dino said that every personnel worked on it in a different location. They also involved Simon who came from Slovenia.

"We are working on the production with Simon from Slovenia. Mario has all the (equipment) in his house. Luka has bass in Slovenia and some of them are in this room. Vocal is done here. And we work on the guitar at my house on the beach. Keller and I prepare everything and we do it for a week. Next, the rest is done by Simon," said Dino Jelusick.
