JAKARTA - The Changcuters were formed in Bandung in 2004 with initial personnel Tria (vocals), Qibil (guitar), Alda (guitar), Dipa (bass), Erick (drums).

Until now, The Changcuters still maintain their initial personnel. Through great success, joy and sorrow, it can be said that almost never heard of a big conflict between personnel.

Dipa said the key that made The Changcuters able to maintain the initial formation was the right communication. The older the age, the celebrities also choose to reduce their respective egos.

"Yes, good communication between us, especially since we have started stepping on men. So egos and emotions should be further immersed. Important communication must still be maintained," said Dipa in Gatot Subroto, South Jakarta recently.

Right communication is the key to dealing with differences of opinion between personnel. Tria agreed with what Dipa stated.

"The point is that. Usually the problems of each team are like different visions and priorities. Something like that must be communicated," said Tria.

First, we have to commit to its members first, we have to understand each other's problems. It's like the gentlemen are already heading towards a wiser direction. We must already have wisdom, we must be able to reduce ourselves," he continued.

One other thing that is also important to maintain, The Changcuters don't fuss over small problems as much as possible. They are aware that the differences of opinion of the personnel are basically also for the success of the band.
