JAKARTA - In welcoming God Bless' appearance at Everyday Festival 2023, the manager of Taman Ismail Marzuki (TIM) received a blacklist from the legendary rock band.

The black plate of God Bless' seventh album titled Mirror 7 which was released in January 2017 was exhibited at Graha Bhakti Budaya TIM, Jakarta on Tuesday, December 5.

"If I say (God Bless) repeats history, 50 years ago he was born here, playing here, this is playing again," said Tirtatinata Aji as CEO of SAJILive! at a press conference at TIM, Tuesday.

"It's the album Cermin 7, the seventh album is God Bless," he continued.

Aji sees the presence of the God Bless blacklist on display at Graha Bhakti TIM Culture as important. Because the album is seen as a historical object.

"The first time it was returned here. It will one day become a historic object. God Bless gave it to Jakarta to be part of history," said Aji.

"We want to take the momentum that God Bless is indeed 50 years old, it will not happen again," he continued.
