Release Of New Album, Getah Invites Once Mekel Collaboration

JAKARTA - Band Getah has just released a new album titled From Within. Thus, Without. Formed since 1995, this is the third album they released.

Meanwhile, the single titled The Wild Hunt became their mainstay song on this album.

Getah collaborated with several musicians in The Wild Hunt. The lyrics were written by Alexandra J. wusisan (Cherry Bombshell, Sieve and Gergasi Api), and Once Mekel was lined up as guest vocalists.

The Wild Hunt describes the intensity of an immovable burning spirit from a quest or hunting for the key to life as a solution to the revival process of all slumps.

It is described that a hunter who does not know surrender, pursues his prey despite being hit by a storm full of obstacles.

The mainstay single of this third album will also come in the form of video clips. Visually, more descriptions will be presented of what this song is about telling stories.

The video clip begins with a time of drought and darkness that accompanies the journey of a hunting woman. The quest to rise from darkness made him find a sword that symbolizes the key to life.

Then, symbols appear such as blood flowing, heart and brain pulsating, the growth of hands, the skull of the face, the growth of the brain of the mind to the rise of spiritual life. All of them form whole humans who then live in pairs for the preservation of eternal life.

The video clip of The Wild Hunt will be shown on the YouTube platform. Meanwhile, all songs from the album From Within. Thus, Without will be available on various digital music platforms.

This album will also be circulated in physical form in the form of compact disk (CD).

Getah herself will hold an album launching with a hearing session, question and answer, and end with an appearance on stage on December 8 at Bloc Bar, South Jakarta.
