Andien's Hope For The Development Of Semarang Cultural Arts

Singer Andien Aisyah has high hopes for the development of art and local culture throughout Indonesia, including in Semarang City, Central Java through the existence of supporting infrastructure such as performance buildings.

"For me, the acoustics of this place is very good. I am very happy to be on a stage like this, as close as the audience, a good orchestra too," Andien said during the launch of the Radjawali Semarang Cultural Center (SCC) arts and culture center on Monday night, citing Antara.

The singer who was born on August 25, 1985 appreciated the presence of a performance building that could accommodate the potential of many local musicians and artists who have so far needed the right place to work.

"To be able to at this point support a lot of local musicians and artists who need fun to work, I don't think it's something that can be built overnight. It takes a lot of process. I'm sure that's how we can appreciate every process of falling up and being able to support each other hand in hand together," he added.

Meanwhile General Manager of Radjawali SC, Handrijana Hardha, said that the presence of the cultural arts center was the best offering for Indonesian artwork because it was built with pride and love for Indonesian arts and culture.

"Radjawali SC is present as a forum that inspires and preserves Indonesian cultural arts so that Indonesian works can develop following the times, without losing track in the midst of the rapid development of international arts," he explained.

According to him, all building designs are inspired by 3 elements, namely forest, sea and batik, thus providing a unique atmosphere and highlighting the diversity of Indonesian cultural arts.

"Although in terms of building design using elements of Indonesian culture, the facilities we provide are international standard," concluded Handrijana.
