Mike Trap Releases New Version Of Little Fighter Song

JAKARTA - Mike Tramp released a new version of the song Little Fighter which was popularized by White Lion. This song will be included in the album Songs Of White Lion, which is scheduled to be released April 14 through Frontiers Music Srl.

As implied in the title, the Songs Of White Lion was performed by White Lion's songs which were reinterpreted by Mike.

The presence of Little Fighter followed up on the previous single, Cry For Freedom, which was released in early February.

"For me, the 1983-1991 period was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Everything I did at that time was for the first time, and even though it was very exciting and adventurous, when it arrived at an end, it was more than just the end of a band, it was also the end of a very specific time in my life that I have lived and been a part of it," said Trap in his official statement.

"Over the next 20 years, I will revisit that time in my life in small parts, but never feel 100 percent comfortable with it. I can't force myself to recreate myself first," he continued.

"Now, I'm here again, in 2023 and I've recorded an album from White Lion's 'big' songs as close to the original as possible, but exploring the new small parts that I think today should be like that," he said.

"I'm not 26 years old anymore, I'm not singing like I am 26 years old, and I wouldn't be fair to a song or myself if I tried to sing like I am 26. Today, I sang the songs I wrote with Vito Bratta more than 40 years ago exactly like me today.

"This is the only way I can embrace them and feel at home and honest with myself and the songs," concluded Ayu Azhari's husband.
