JAKARTA - Now, with the Waze app you can get directions while listening to your favorite music through Apple Music at the same time.

Some time ago, the company announced that Apple Music will be integrated with Waze, so users can enjoy the journey by accessing music directly from the Waze Audio Player.

"We're excited to join forces with Apple Music to bring songs to Apple Music subscribers while driving with Waze on iPhone," Waze said on its official blog.

If you don't know how to access Apple Music on Waze yet, VOI has a tutorial on how to do it.

How to Access Apple Music on Waze

To use streaming services on Waze, you must have an active Apple Music subscription and ensure that you have the latest version of Waze installed.

You can access Apple Music before or after setting a goal in Waze. Players are conveniently placed on top of the map for quick access.

Here's how to access Apple Music in Waze:

Open the Waze app on your phone. Tap the music icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Select Apple Music. Tap Open Apple Music and allow Waze to connect to Apple Music.

The view you see in Apple Music will be very similar if it launched in Waze. You can skip songs, Back, and turn shuffle and repeat on or off, just like you would in Apple Music.

To switch to a different playlist or album, tap Show list in the lower left corner of the player and select the one you want. To close the player, tap the upward-facing arrow in the lower-right corner of the player. Tap the Apple Music icon in the top right corner to open it again.
