JAKARTA - Since it was announced in mid-2019, the Hammersonic festival has been eagerly awaited by rock lovers. Naturally, because this performance was absent last year. However, don't worry, because this time Hammersonic is back with a fantastic line-up and is definitely worth watching on 27-28 March.

Through a written statement received by VOI, Friday, January 10, Hammersonic has announced a complete line-up that has finally answered fans' curiosity. The names mentioned are Slipknot, Black Flag, Lacuna Coil, Sinister, Comeback Kid, Suicide Silence, Vulvodynia, Polaris, Crossfaith, Stillbirth, Uncured, and Testament.

There are also Trivium, Burgerkill, Killing Me Inside Reunion, Overthrown, Restraint, Solemn, Deadsquad, Defying Decay, Venom Prison, Underside, Dark Mirror of Tragedy, Marduk, Chunk! No, Captain Chunk !, Rocket Rockers, and Amon Amarth. This list of performers will be supporters of Hammersonic: Rise of the Empire.

From rock to metal, Hammersonic, which will be held on Carnaval Beach, will feature domestic and international musicians. Through Hammersonic, music lovers can also watch songs from several bands' new albums, including Slipknot, Lacuna Coil, Vulvodynia, Stillbirth, Uncured, and others.

Several bands that will release new albums in the first half of 2020 are also likely to feature new songs such as Suicide Silence with Become the Hunter and Polaris with The Death of Me.

So that the 27 bands that fill our line-up have been announced and hopefully they can satisfy the thirst of anyone who loves rock and metal music from all over. Not only are there a number of reunions to look forward to, Hammersonic has also become a stage for local musicians to deliver accurate performances. DeadSquad guitarist Stevi Item reported that he and his band would present a special performance just for Hammersonic. That will be done in order to provide the best experience for the high interest of metalheads. Stevie is also excited to see Slipknot's performance for the first time in Southeast Asia, especially Indonesia.

The 27 band's performance will be divided into two parts, where 12 bands will perform on the first day, the remaining 15 bands will perform on the second day. This schedule has been carefully prepared by both the promoter and the performer.
