JAKARTA - PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) again held the 2026 National Honda Service Contest (KLHN) as part of efforts to improve the quality of service to consumers. Entering the 17th implementation, this event has become a platform for developing the competence of the front line in providing the best experience for customers throughout Indonesia.

Carrying the theme "Metamorforself", KLHN 2026 invites all Honda service personnel to continue to develop and transform into the best version of themselves. This transformation not only includes improving skills and knowledge, but also strengthening mindset, empathy, and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of consumers.

This step is in line with AHM's vision in providing future services that are not merely transaction-oriented or problem-solving. The company wants to create a more memorable experience, build emotional closeness with customers, and provide added value in every interaction.

This year, KLHN was attended by 9,449 participants from various regions in Indonesia, an increase compared to the previous event. All participants have passed the tiered selection stages at the regional level, held by 29 Honda Main Dealers, before the best finalists competed at the national level, which took place in Jakarta on July 13-16, 2026.

This year's competition features seven categories, consisting of six individual categories, namely Dealer/AHASS Head, Team Leader, Sales People, Non-Sales People (Cashier, Admin, and Part Counter), Delivery Man, and Customer Retention Officer. In addition, there is also a Best Main Dealer category.

General Manager of Honda Customer Care Center (HC3) AHM Antok Yuniarso emphasized that KLHN is an important part of the company's commitment to maintaining Honda's service standards through the development of competent human resources and customer satisfaction.

"During the 17th time of implementation, KLHN has become one of the important means in building a Honda service culture that is centered on the consumer. Through the Metamorforself theme, we want to move together with Honda People to continue to grow, adapt, and present an increasingly valuable service experience at every point of interaction with consumers," said Antok in Jakarta, Thursday, July 16.

AHM also assesses that technological developments and changes in public expectations require services that are not only fast and accurate, but also more personal, relevant, and able to provide an unforgettable experience. With this approach, the company hopes to build an increasingly strong long-term relationship with its consumers.

Since it was first held, KLHN has produced thousands of Honda People who are role models in their respective dealer networks. Through this event, the best participants are expected not only to achieve achievements as winners, but also to become agents of change who are able to inspire the improvement of Honda service quality throughout Indonesia.
