Triumph Trident 800 Ready To Launch Next Year, Naked Bike IDR 200 Million

JAKARTA The Triumph officially introduced Trident 800's latest model for 2026, a three-cylindrical machine-engined naked roadster with a capacity of 798 cc, which combines aggressive performance with ease of daily use. This motorbike is priced at IDR 200 million.

In terms of design, Trident 800 appears in a strong compact and muscle style. The design of the 14 liter tank blends smoothly into a neat stern, with a short upswept-style silencer that reinforces his sporting character.

The choice of color includes Ash Gray with red accents, Carnival Red with graphite, and Jet Black. Gold wheel finishing is standard, while titanium silencer Akrapovi Amazed is available as an optional accessory, as reported by Visordown, Tuesday, October 28.

In the kitchen runway sector, Trident 800 is equipped with crane forest technology, high-compression pistons, and three-unit shuttle bodies capable of generating up to 113 bhp of power at 10,750 rpm and a 61 lb-ft peak torque at 8,500 rpm. The engine round reaches an 11,500 rpm maximum, showing the distinctive character of the triple' engine powered in medium and upper rounds.

This bike is built on a light chassis with a fully tunable Showa suspension, using a 41mm upside-down front fork and a rear monoshock setting as well as a rebound. The braking system relies on two 310mm disks up front with a radial four-piston caliber.

The total wet weight reaches 198 kg, making it one of the most balanced health bikes in its class. In terms of technology, Trident 800 is equipped with modern features such as tilt angle ABS (aBScornering), traction control, and three driving modes namely Road, Sport, and Rain.

There is also a fast-tooth change system without a coupling (Triumph Shift Assist) that adds to the sporty driving sensation. The instrument panel uses a 3.5-inch TFT screen with Bluetooth connectivity through the My Triumph system.

This motorbike also carries full LED lights, including a typical round-shaped DRL, as well as automatic sein. With a seat height of only 810 mm, Trident 800 offers a friendly sitting position for moderate-based riders.

For the price, Triumph set the banderol starting fromung 9,195 in the UK market or around Rp203 million. Trident 800 was placed between Trident 660 and Street Triple 765, targeting riders who want higher performance than Trident 660 but are not ready to move to full sport-level naked.
