JAKARTA - Triumph officially introduced the latest line of electric trail motors called TXP. Interestingly, this series is made for various ages, ranging from children aged 5 to novice adult riders.
Reported by VOI from Visordown, Friday, October 3, the presence of TXP is the result of a Triumph collaboration with OSET, an electric trail motorcycle manufacturer that was acquired in 2022. Triumph TXP is present in four variants, namely TXP-12, TXP-16, TXP-20, and TXP-24.
Each model is distinguished based on the age of the user, the maximum speed, to the weight of the driver. For example, TXP-16 for a five-year-old child has a maximum speed of 30.6 km/hour, while the TXP-24 aimed at ages 11 years and over is capable of traveling up to 38.6 km/hour with a load capacity of up to 90.2 kg.
Each variant is specially designed with frames, geometries, controls, and components that suit the needs of motorists at different age ranges. To maintain safety, Triumph provides all models with controlled speed of PIN so that parents can limit the speed of the motorbike according to their child's abilities.

Triumph Chief Executive Officer, Nick Bloor, said that the TXP series is not just a product, but a forum to build an experience of cross-generational driving. In addition, this motorbike is expected to help develop children's motors.

In the UK, Triumph sells TXP at prices ranging from ~1,595 or around Rp. 31.7 million for TXP-12, to ~3,695 or the equivalent of Rp.73.5 million for TXP-24. Triumph ensures that the initial shipment of this motorbike will be made ahead of Christmas through its official dealer network.
