JAKARTA - Suzuki Japan has officially reintroduced its flagship dual-purpose model, DR-Z400S (abbreviated as DR-Z4S) which will officially launch on October 8.

The motorbike, dubbed 'Ready 4 Anything', is designed to provide optimal driving experience, both when it bulldozing extreme off-road terrain and when used daily on the highway.

Carrying the design philosophy of THE AUTHENTIC LEADING EDGE, DR-Z4S is present as a manifestation of the functional beauty of a dual-purpose motor. Suzuki ensures this model is not only tough, but also comfortable driving wherever drivers want to go.

Quoted from the manufacturer's website, Wednesday, October 1, Suzuki completely reshuffled the 398cc engine, a single cylinder, DOHC, a liquid-cooled legend in the original DR-Z400S. With the aim of creating a light but powerful dual-purpose engine, engineers redesigned this unit from scratch, focusing on generating strong torques across the entire engine spin range, accompanied by a highly agile and easily controllable gas response. In addition, this advanced machine adopts a dry-sumber lubricating system that guarantees not only high free-to-ground clearance for extreme offroads, but also contributes to mass-violating (mass centralization), ensures engines remain compact, powerful, and compliant with the latest emission and noise regulation.

Suzuki specifically mixes chassis to pursue driving performance that is not only fun outside the off-road, but also stable and fun on the paved road. This makes DR-Z4S a smart choice for bikers looking for versatile motors.

Availability and Price
