Honda CUV E: Greet European Market After Global Debut In Indonesia Last October

JAKARTA - Honda made a surprise at the 2024 EICMA by bringing two electric motorcycle concepts, not only that, but the Japanese brand also brought the CUV e model: which debuted globally in Indonesia last October.

Quoting from the Greatbikers page, Tuesday, November 12, the presence of Honda CUV e: is in line with Honda's plan to launch 30 electric motorcycle models until 2030. Meanwhile, Europe is the second electric motor to be presented after EM1 e.

It said, Honda CUV e: the European version will have two slightly different models. However, this news has not been published in detail what the difference is, including the price which is also in Indonesia itself is still being discussed.

Speaking of specifications in Indonesia, Honda CUV e: comes with a futuristic premium design with sharp angles in several parts. This electric motorbike is also pinned with a 12-inch rim which makes it look more attractive.

Not only that, this model is even more special with the tightening of the Honda RoadSync Duo, a system of connectivity with mobile phones at the highest type which further provides convenience, comfort, and calm when driving with high mobility.

There are various interesting features embedded, such as three driving modes ranging from ECON STD and Sport that can be selected to adjust needs and conditions. The embedded support completeness is a USB type-C charger located on the console box for phone battery charging. TFT panel screens can display vehicle information, navigation, music controllers, to receive and make calls. Typical Honda smart key system is installed to maximize security features.

In detail, Honda CUV e: powered by electric motors with a maximum power of 6 KW, which can carry it up to a speed of 83 km/hour with a maximum distance of 80.7 km. The power source comes from two Honda Mobile Power Pack e batteries: which can be swabbed or charge yourself with an off-board charger. Charging the battery from empty to full takes six hours, and 2.7 hours for charging from 25 to 75 percent.

Honda CUV e: comes with several color choices namely Stellar Matte White, Stellar Matte Silver, and Stellar Matte Black.
