Honda Gives X-ADV Motor Refreshment, Here's The Advantage!

JAKARTA - Recently, Honda introduced a refresher from the X-ADV motorcycle for the European market after marking its debut in 2017.

Prioritizing the combination of the ability of an adventure bike with the practicality of a large scooter, this bike has a number of changes covering the exterior to leading technology.

Launching the Honda Europe page, Wednesday, September 25, this Japanese manufacturer redesigned the X-ADV on the bodywork with a sharper and more aggressive look, creating a new fairing inspired by the folding of the paper origami.

Then, this motorbike with the 2025 model has a premium-enhanced headlights with double LEDs redesigned and for the first time, X-ADV has Daytime Running Lights (DRL) lighting.

This large-dimensional scooter bike is also equipped with technology such as a 5-inch full-color TFT screen that has been revised with a new graphic design, menu, and functionality operated through a four-way switch.

This section has been designed for optimal reading on sunny days and is also equipped with Honda RoadSync connectivity, enabling unlimited integration with advanced phones.

Another advanced feature provided is Cruise Control which is useful on longer highway trips, thereby increasing practicality and further comfort.

Another interesting thing about X-ADV 2025 is that there are 25 bodyworks made of environmentally friendly materials such as recycled plastics and biomass. Honda claims the use of some of these materials is the first time in brand history.

The recycled material from Honda's bumper was used for baggage boxes and the bottom of the seat. Then, recycled polypropylene materials are used for covers and panels across motorcycles.

Furthermore, the Duabiio biomass plastic is used on sideskirt covers and windshields. This has additional benefits, namely avoiding CO2 emissions related to the conventional painting process.

This motorbike was built with a strong tubular steel frame chassis and a USD 41 mm front fork and a rear Pro-Link monoshock mounted on an aluminum swingarm.

The latest X-ADV is equipped with 17-inch rims up front and 15 inches behind that cover a double-timeper four-piston braking system mounted radially with a floating disk 296 mm up front with a mono-piston and a single disk 240 mm behind.

Treating this motorbike is a 745 cc parallel-twin engine as before with a power of 43.1 kW and a torque of 69 Nm. It also offers fuel efficiency of up to 3.6 l/100 km.

Then, Honda redesigned the dual-clutch transmission (DCT) on X-ADV which offers a smoother drag and increases control at speeds below 10 km/hour.

The motorbikes are offered with the latest colors, namely Graphite Black, Pearl Glare White, and Matte Deep Mud Gray. Honda also presents Special Edition X-ADV with the Gold Finch Yellow color featuring luxurious dual-tone graphics.

Unfortunately, Honda has not disclosed the prices and sales date of this updated model. However, it is hoped that X-ADV 2025 will open an order by the end of this year.
