The 2024 IMOS Exhibition Takes Place Again, Save The Date!

JAKARTA - The Indonesia Motorcycle Show (IMOS) exhibition will be held again this year, more precisely taking place for 5 days from October 30 to November 3, 2024, which is located at ICE, BSD City, Tangerang.

IMOS, which is an exhibition owned by the Indonesian Bimotor Industry Association (AISI), is a form of commitment to continue to support the growth of the automotive industry in Indonesia which has the potential to continue to grow.

The Head of AISI Commercial Affairs and Chairperson of the IMOS Exhibition, Sigit Kumala, expressed his positive spirit in welcoming this annual exhibition of the largest motorcycle in Indonesia.

"We are very enthusiastic about welcoming IMOS 2024, which began last year as an annual agenda. We are sure that this exhibition will provide information and education updates regarding the latest innovations from the motorcycle industry and most importantly is also AISI's effort to support the growth of the motorcycle industry in Indonesia," he said, in an official statement received, Wednesday, August 21.

The presence of IMOS is also expected to boost sales of motorcycles and help achieve the target. Where from the latest data from AISI, domestic motorcycle sales from January to July 2024 reached 3,769,838 units, recorded an increase of 2.54% when compared to the same period records last year which reached 3,676,358 units. This figure reflects the stability of demand for motorcycles in the country despite facing global economic challenges, and the target is until the end of the year to 6.2 to 6.5 million units.

"We believe the 2024 IMOS can be the driving force needed to achieve the targets set," he added.

The IMOS 2024 exhibition will present dozens of motorcycle brands of various types of motorcycles, ranging from gasoline-fueled motorcycles and electric motorcycles, to sports motorcycles as well as products from supporting industries such as accessories and motorcycle apparels. Visitors will be treated with rare opportunities to see and explore the latest technology and the latest designs from various well-known brands.

All AISI member brands will participate optimally in the 2024 IMOS, and the same enthusiasm is also shown by other 2024 IMOS participants, promising excitement throughout the exhibition. This will certainly be the main reason for visitors to record the 2024 IMOS attendance date in October this year," he added.

More than 50 brands have confirmed to participate and feature the latest innovations at the IMOS 2024 event. According to him, the exhibition which will take a total area of more than 15,000 square meters in all pre-function areas and hall 9 and 10, ICE BSD-City will feature several innovations and even some new views that will be exhibited at the IMOS 2024 event.

One of the flagship events from the IMOS exhibition, namely the test ride, will also be more innovative in order to provide visitors with a direct experience in trying out various models of their dream motorcycles. The test ride area is also specially designed so that visitors can feel the performance and features of various motorcycles with the latest technology.
