JLM Auto Guarantees Harley-Davidson Parts Are Always Available For Indonesian Consumers

JAKARTA - Harley-Davidson is one of the most popular two-wheeled vehicle brands in Indonesia. This brand is known to like to offer motorbikes in the big bike segment which has a large size with powerful power.

Having a number of advantages over other brands, of course, this brand motorcycle requires adequate and original spare parts. Well, how about the availability of spare parts for Harley-Davidson motorcycle users in Indonesia?

Responding to this, JLM Auto Indonesia Director of Sales and Marketing Irvino Edwardly said that motorcycle users need not worry because his party has provided various adequate spare parts.

"For spare parts, we are currently complete, both fast-moving, medium-moving, and slow-moving are presented at all of our dealers," said Irvino when interviewed by the media at MT Haryono, Jakarta, Sunday, August 18.

He also explained that spare parts for Harley-Davidson motorbikes are now imported from Singapore so it didn't take long to get them in Indonesia.

The warehouse or distribution center is located in Singapore, both spare parts and merchandise. So if for example if the availability does not exist or lack, the procurement time is much faster, it can be in 2-3 days," added Irvino.

Thus, Irvino also added complete spare parts availability as well as a long wait time to reduce the worries of consumers and Harley-Davidson owners in the country.

"So this is very helpful in ensuring the availability of spare parts for consumers in Indonesia," explained Irvino.

Now, Harley-Davidson already has five networks of dealers spread across Indonesia with two of them located in Jakarta.

Recently, the brand from the United States (US) has established a new dealer network of 'Indomobil Harley-Davidson of Jakarta' at Wisma Indomobil 1.5, Jl. Lt. Lt. Gen. MT Haryono, East Jakarta. Previously, they had established a Child of the Harley-Davidson of Jakarta' managed on Jl. Boulevard Artha Gading Blok A2, Kelapa Gading, Jakarta.

Then, three other services are located outside Jakarta. Harley-Davidson has a Siliwangi Harley-Davidson of Bandung' dealer network on Jl. Wastukencana No.105, Bandung. Then there is the Caliman Harley-Davidson of Solo Baru with the address at Jl. Raya Solo Permai Blok HH no.9, Solo Baru, Surakarta, Central Java.

The manufacturer also opened a network of dealers on the island of the Gods Sarana Harley-Davidson of Bali on Jl. Uluwatu I No. 88, Jimbaran, Kuta, Bali.
