JAKARTA - Ducati Indonesia introduced two new products that are highly anticipated, namely Ducati DesertX Rally and Ducati Hypermotard 698 Mono, at the "We Ride As One" event at Prambanan Temple which was attended by 300 Ducatisti from all over Indonesia.

The presence of these two models is expected to further enrich Ducati's product line and provide an unforgettable driving experience for Ducati lovers in the country.

"These two motorbikes mark our commitment to presenting an unmatched driving experience for Ducati fans in Indonesia." said Ducati Indonesia CEO Jimmy Budhijanto in his official statement received on Wednesday, May 7.

Ducati Hypermotard 698 Mono in terms of design comes with a structure designed as often as possible, highlighting the sporty impression attached to Ducati's DNA. From high seat to sharp tail, each element is designed to assert its tough attitude. Following Ducati's tradition, the five-stop velg with the design "Y" provides a perfect combination between a light weight advantage and a sporty look.

This is Ducati's first 1 cylinder motorcycle that was born from a combination of DNA supermoto with Ducati's signature motor sport DNA to provide a fun to ride, dominating, simple, lightweight sensation. This can be seen from steering geometry and wheelbase, low front wheel inertia, lighter weight distribution compared to other motors in the segment.

More details, technically Ducati Hypermotard 698 Mono is designed and made to achieve maximum performance on the asphalt equipped with a new Superquadro Mono, the most advanced and high-performance one-cylinder engine ever made. Record-breaking machines with a maximum power of 77.5 hp and a maximum spin of 10,250 rpm are new benchmarks for the category.

The engine comes from a double cylinder on Ducati Panigale 1299, which uses 116mm bore pistons, a fuel chamber using titanium valves, as well as the Desmodromic distribution, the same technology Ducati uses in MotoGP.

Meanwhile, DesertX Rally comes with a contemporary design interpretation of the 80s Enduro motorcycle, which was designed by a team of experts from Ducati Centro Economy with a focus on essentiality and resilience. With three macro elements covering a unique overall shape, Ducati DesertX Rally emits strength and uniqueness in every detail.

From the heart side of the runway, Ducati DesertX Rally uses a Testastretta 937 cm3 engine with a Desmodromic Testastretta 11° liquid-cooled valve. With reliable and reliable character, this machine is capable of generating a power of 110 cellphones at 9,250 rpm and a maximum torque of 92 Nm at 6,500 rpm in the Euro5 configuration.
