Honda EM1 E Immediately Enters The Indonesian Market, Take A Peek At The Specifications And Price Markets

JAKARTA - A Japanese vehicle manufacturer, Honda confirmed that it will launch its electric motorcycle, EM1 e: to the Indonesian market at the end of 2023.

Honda EM1 e: has a unique ability, which is to have a battery unit that can be exchanged for the Honda Mobile Power Pack e: which is the basic force of this vehicle.

"By replacing the recharged Power Pack battery, EM1 e: can be driven without waiting for the battery to be recharged," Honda said in its official statement.

The scooter, which has a futuristic and simple design, was previously introduced in 2022 and will soon be marketed for Japanese, European, and Indonesian regions. Previously, EM1 e was exhibited at the IIMS 2023 event earlier this year as Honda's first electric motor to be sold in Indonesia.

EM1 e has a battery capacity of 1.3 kWh and has a range of 40 km in one charge. Has an electric motor powered 1.6 dk to 2.1 dk, this motor is capable of traveling up to a maximum speed of 40 km/hour.

The sticker weighs 83 kg which can make the motorcyclist agile in the middle of urban areas. In addition, EM1 e is equipped with a telescopic fork front suspension, as well as a dual-shock absorber back suspension that helps ride comfort.

For now, Honda EM1 offers only two colors, namely white and black. As an illustration, Honda sells this sticker for 1,863 US dollars or around Rp. 27.3 million for the global market.
