This technology relies on lidar and a total of 30 sensors to support driving assistance features on highways and urban areas, including automatic parking.

Entering the cabin, BYD presents a larger floating center screen that runs the latest generation DiLink system. The interior is also equipped with a new two-spoke steering wheel, head-up display, column shift model transmission lever, up to 50W wireless charging.

Other comfort features have also been improved through the presence of an electric "Queen Seat" front passenger seat complete with footrest, cabin storage cooler, heated and ventilated front seats, steering wheel heater, and a 16-speaker audio system.

BYD also added a number of additional storage spaces inside the cabin, ranging from "figurine boxes" in front of the passenger seat, a drawer under the rear seat, a glasses storage, to a special tissue compartment.

The third generation Atto uses a rear-wheel drive configuration with a 200 kW and 240 kW electric motor. The car is offered with a choice of second-generation Blade batteries with a capacity of 57.5 kWh and 68.5 kWh.

Depending on the variant, this electric SUV is capable of covering a distance of 540 km to 630 km in the CLTC cycle. To support comfort and driving stability, BYD embeds a MacPherson front suspension and a five-link independent rear suspension.

As reported by Carnewschina, Friday, May 22, not only that, this crossover is also equipped with DiSus-C intelligent damping body control technology, iTAC 2.0 torque control system, and Tire Blowout Stability Control (TBC) features.
