JAKARTA - The latest model from Jetour, namely T2, has managed to attract public attention since launching at the Gaikindo Jakarta Auto Week (GJAW) 2025 event. This enthusiasm can be seen from the increasing Vehicle Ordering Letter (SPK).

After previously reported reaching 200 units, now the number of SPKs has penetrated 300 units nationally, a figure that is fairly good considering that it has only been a week since its launch.

Sales Director of PT Jetour Sales Indonesia, Michael Budihardja, said that this number is expected to continue to grow over time.

"As of today, the figure has reached 300 and will continue to grow because of its recording through the system," he said in a media briefing at ICE BSD, Thursday, November 27.

Interestingly, this Chinese brand noted that orders for the T2 model per day could reach 40 units, and weekends could reach 70 units. He said the incoming order is currently dominated by retail buyers.

Not only retail consumers, the man who is familiarly called Michael had revealed that there were also fleet consumers who were interested in T2.

"Market fleets exist, including many mining companies in Jakarta. They will be more confident when they test drive directly on their sites," he added.

In specifications, the T2 SUV comes with a firm design combined with modern technology targeting consumers who like outdoor activities and long-distance driving needs.

For performance, T2 relies on a 2,000 cc T-GDI engine powered by 245 PS and a 375 Nm torque available from 1,7504,000 rpm. The power is channeled through a 7DCT transmission to the 4WD Realtime system with a choice of 10 driving modes, ranging from Sport, Eco, Normal, Snow, to Rock and X Smart Mode.
