BMW Presents 50-Year Edition M340i, Especially For Series 3 Fans In The US

JAKARTA After arriving in Canada and Japan first, now it's the turn of BMW Series 3 lovers in the United States (US) to receive a special surprise. BMW officially released the BMW M340i xDrive 50 Jahre Edition model 2026, a limited edition that not only celebrated 50 years of Series 3, but also became a direct tribute to its original five generations.

This special edition stands out through five combinations of exterior colors and interiors that take inspiration from the era of E21 to E90. Each color is designed to revive the classic nuances of the past generation:

Ruby Red Metallic (E21) with the interior of Ivory skin and a red timesper brake.

Boston Green Metallic (E30) combined with Tartufo interior and blue Kaliper.

Avus Blue Metallic (E36) comes with Tartufo interior and blue Kaliper.

Carbon Black Metallic (E46) with a Black interior and a red Kaliper.

Fighting Graphite Metallic (E90) uses Tartufo interior and red Kaliper.

For the first time in the US Series 3 version, BMW has also pinned Extended Merino Leather, which is customized to match their respective exterior colors.

The outside appeared more assertive thanks to Shadowline trim, the M Shadowline Adaptive Full LED lights, 19-inch 792M wheels, and carbon fiber back spoilers.

Entering the cabin, the sporty and premium atmosphere is increasingly felt through the use of the carbon fiber trim, BMW Curved Display with Head-Up Display, Harman Kardon audio system, and a special 50 Jahre emblem as a marker of this gold birthday edition.

Prices and Availability

BMW M340i xDrive 50 Jahre Edition 2026 is marketed starting at 75,200 US dollars (around Rp 1.2 billion, not including taxes and shipping costs). Production has begun, while shipments to customers in the US are scheduled to take place in the first quarter of 2026.
