Wuling Motors Aftersales Director Maulana Hakim stated that through this after-sales service, the company aims to provide worry-free driving for Darion customers.
"With this latest product, Wuling is also offering a lifetime warranty on the main PHEV components, making it the first automotive brand in Indonesia to offer this protection. We also offer a general warranty and customer assistance to provide a worry-free ownership experience," he said during the launch at the PIK 2 area on Wednesday, November 5th.
All Wuling Darion variants come with a general vehicle warranty of 6 years or 150,000 kilometers. Furthermore, the PHEV variant includes a Dedicated Hybrid Transmission (DHT) warranty of 6 years or 150,000 kilometers, and a 1-year or 20,000 kilometers warranty for the 12V battery. This warranty applies to terms and conditions, and the terms and conditions apply, whichever comes first.
Wuling also offers a Lifetime Core Component Warranty, which covers three main components for both EV and PHEV models. The spare parts included in this maintenance schedule include reducer oil, AC filter, coolant, and brake fluid. Overall, the periodic maintenance cost for this EV variant with a usage period of up to 5.5 years (55,000 kilometers) reaches IDR 3.4 million, including service and spare parts.
Meanwhile, the Wuling Darion PHEV applies a periodic maintenance interval of every 7,500 kilometers, starting at 5,000 kilometers as the first scheduled maintenance period. The spare parts included include engine oil, oil filter, DHT oil, brake fluid, AC filter, spark plug, air filter, coolant (HV system and engine), and a carbon canister filter. The periodic maintenance cost for this PHEV variant with a usage period of up to 5.5 years (42,500 kilometers) reaches IDR 12.6 million, including service and spare parts.
Complementing its after-sales service, Wuling also provides 24-hour Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERA). This service includes emergency assistance such as running out of fuel, flat tires, low batteries, as well as free towing services up to a radius of 30 kilometers from the incident location.
