JAKARTA Geely Auto has again scored achievements through its newest plug-in hybrid SUV, Starray EM-i, which has won four prestigious design awards in the international arena.

From the data received by VOI, Friday, October 3, Starray EM-i was rewarded with awards from the Red Dot Award, International Design Awards (IDA), Muse Design Awards, and the ADesign Award.

This achievement is not only due to its electrification technology, but also thanks to a design approach that combines Chinese classic philosophy with a modern touch. Inspired by The Artificialers' Record, every Starray EM-i detail is designed with a clear goal of combining aesthetics, functions, and meanings.

Supported by Geely design centers spread across China, Sweden, Britain and Italy, Starray EM-i was born with strong visual character as well as a capable performance.

In dimensions, this SUV comes with a length of 4,740 mm, a width of 1,905 mm, a height of 1,685 mm, and a wheelbase of 2,755 mm. Sleek silhouettes and aerodynamics present elegant and modern side profiles.

The front features are futuristic through automatic LED main lights and daytime running lights, while UV protection-coated windshields keep the cabin cool. Behind, the ramped LED lights add a wide impression while increasing visibility.

For the Indonesian market, Geely Starray EM-i can be ordered through a pre-booking program at a price below IDR 499.8 million (OTR Jakarta). The official price will be announced in the near future. Interestingly, this model is produced locally, affirming Geely's commitment to presenting quality products while at the same time supporting the growth of the Indonesian automotive industry.
