JAKARTA - BMW will introduce a new model at the Villa d'Este Concorso d'Eleganza this May. The model that will be brought to the event featuring the most beautiful classic and antique car from around the world is thought to have a combined design between Z3 M Coupe 'Clownshoe' with the Skytop concept introduced last year.
Launching from Autocar, Wednesday, May 21, the manufacturer has uploaded a silhouette of the model on social media with a similar backlight like a Skytop with a redesigned tail.
It is estimated that the car will carry a shooting brake style with the final pillar more sloping and there is a charming ducktail-style roof spoiler.
In other words, this latest car will adopt the same style as the Touring Coupe concept introduced by BMW at the Villa d'Este Concorso d'Eleganza 2023.

Unfortunately, BMW is still silent whether the model will only be a display vehicle such as the Touring Coupe or will be born into production versions such as a limited number of Skytops.
The production version of BMW Skytop itself will carry the base of the M8 Cabrio Competition which combines elegant designs with outstanding performance developed by the BMW M division.
The production version of the Skytop will use a built-in engine from the M8 Competition, namely a 4.4 liter V8 bi-turbo engine that gives power reaching 617 hp. This is in collaboration with automatic transmission of eight accelerations and four-wheel drive, which is claimed to be able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/hour in just 3.3 seconds.
Each Skytop unit is offered at a high price of US$500,000, equivalent to Rp8,205 billion, making it one of the most expensive BMW cars ever.
