Toyota is rumored to be presenting the latest generation of one of its SUVs, namely Harrier. Currently, manufacturers have sold their fourth generation since 2020 in several markets, including Japan.

Japanese media Best Car reported on Thursday, March 6, the development of the fifth generation of Harrier is underway. The HEV and PHEV systems will be combined with a 1.5 liter 4-cylinder turbo engine or different from the previous generation, which relies on 2.0 liters and 2.5 liters of larger engines.
