Infiniti QX80 Officially Enters The Market, Sent To Dealers In The US At The End Of July

JAKARTA - In March, Infiniti officially released the latest generation QX80 in the global luxury full-size SUV segment. Now, the model is also announced to be arriving at a dealer network in the US at the end of July.

Launching from the brand's official website, Tuesday, July 25, this large SUV will be sold in uncle sam's country worth US$82,450 (Rp1.3 billion) on the Pure variant. In addition, this premium brand also offers the Luxe, Sensory, and Autograph variants.

The basic variant or Pure offers a variety of luxurious features ranging from the 14.3-inch, 14-peaker Klipsch, 3D Around View Monitor, ProPilot Assist 1.1, 20-inch rim, Google built-in, and Amazon Alexa.

Meanwhile, Luxe types offer Dynamic Digital Suspension, Electronic Air Suspension, Remote Control Rear Seat, 22-inch rim, and climate-controlled in the first and second row seats worth 89,500 US dollars (Rp1.46 billion) in rear wheels (RWD) and 92,650 US dollars (Rp1.5 billion) for 4WD.

Then, the Sensory type also comes with a number of luxurious features ranging from massagers on the front seat, Personalized Ambient Light consisting of 64 colors, Dark Brown wood trim, and Frameless Smart Rear View Mirror, which is valued at US$100,645 (Rp1.64 billion).

The Autograph variant is the highest among other trims by offering a number of interesting technologies with ProPilot Assis 2.1 as standard and priced at 110,595 US dollars (Rp1.8 billion).

All-New QX80 has a sturdy but dynamic design language by prioritizing aspects of aerodynamic performance. This car uses the latest double curvature goal which is characteristic of the brand.

Also presented is an LED DRL light on both sides of the top grip with an Infiniti emblem that can turn on with a three-dimensional display. At the bottom of the front fascia there is a combination of vehicle lights, along with hidden air curtain ventilation that helps optimize airflow.

Moving to the back, there is an LED with an attracting design. Equipped with 300 LEDs, the lighting reminds the appearance of the grip and DRL at the end of the front.

For the interior, the driver will be greeted by a pair of 14.3-inch HD screens installed in front of the driver serving as a cluster instrument that blends with the appearance of the infotainment touchscreen.

Speaking of performance, this large SUV is equipped with a 3.5 liter twin-turbocharged VR35DDT engine which produces up to 450 dk of power and a 598 Nm torque or an increase of 50 dk and a 138 Nm torque compared to the previous generation.
