JAKARTA - Along with the announcement of its sales performance and expansion plans in India, Mercedes Benz revealed the launch of several models for 2024.
Quoting from the Autocar India website, Sunday, April 14, the German brand plans to launch nine cars at once in the Indian market, including the new AMD model to environmentally friendly vehicles, adding to the ranks of premium brand portfolios in the local market.
There are two models revealed, namely Mercedes-AMG S 63 e- Performance, C 63 S e- Performance which was first revealed at the end of 2022 based on each of its newest generations embedded with hybrid technology. If you look at its performance, Mercedes-AMG C 63 S e- Performance carries a 4.0 liter twin-turbo engine capable of generating a maximum of 469 cellphones, and an electric motor is added to activate a turbocharger which can increase the power of 201 cellphones for 10 seconds, so that the output becomes 671 cellphones.
With this engine, this car is claimed to be able to accelerate 0 to 100 km/hour within 3.4 seconds and can be driven to a maximum speed of about 280 km/hour.

Meanwhile, the S 63 e-Performance gets the latest version of the V8 4.0 liter twin-turbocharged gasoline engine, and also adopts an asynchronous electric motor installed in the rear area powered by a 13.1 kWh lithium-ion battery, the combined output produces 802 hp of power. Both models will be launched in June 2024.
